Workshops at High Street Quilting
Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
If for some reason you need to cancel your place, please contact us at High Street Quilting as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you cancel your place at least 15 days prior to the date of the class / course or session starting. If it is less than 15 days away 50% of the cost will be refunded. If it is within 48 hours of the class / course or session starting, a refund cannot be given. Also, no refund can be given if you fail to attend for any reason.
Our classes require a great deal of pre-planning, including ordering supplies and tools, booking staff, and making commitments to pay our tutors. When students ask to cancel, we lose money. As a small business, it is extremely difficult for us to absorb these costs and keep our class fees low.
If, for some reason, High Street Quilting needs to cancel a class / course or session, an alternative date will be provided or a full refund given.
Regular Classes and Sit and Sew sessions
Due to the high and increasing demand for places at our regular sewing sessions, we will now require full payment for the month in advance, or the duration of the project.
So, for taught classes that will be £15/session and for sociable Sit and Sew sessions £5/session.
